A message from our HR Officer - Bec Mason

My role as the Human Resources Officer is to assist and create the best Lifestyle Support Worker staffing team for each client.  I do this by working closely with our intake officer and coordination team and by completing the following for all new and existing support workers – onboarding, probation management, induction training, maintaining employee records, performance management support, mentoring and training programmes.

My goal is to create an efficient and transparent workforce in order to build long-term teams that support each of our clients.  I have 16 years’ experience in disability sector, including government services, with the last 4 with Quality Lifestyle Support.
