My daughter has been with QLS for 12 years. In that time QLS has been very supportive and caring, not only to my daughter but also to my family. At times, my daughter can be challenging and QLS have always gone above and beyond with their ongoing commitment, professionalism and dedication. I consider them part of my extended family.

Quality Lifestyle Support have been supporting my son for 8-years. During this time, they have not only met all of my son’s support needs, including peg-feeding and personal care, but also that he is active within his community. QLS staff are frequently in touch with me ensuring that I am happy and comfortable and also offer me assistance and support when I have needed it. Their flexibility and personal touch encompasses my family for which I am grateful.

My son acquired a brain injury through an accident when he was 10 years of age. He is now an adult and depends on continual support and high care around the clock. As a young person, life with disabilities has been extremely challenging for him. Quality Lifestyle Support have taken the stress away from my family, as we were unable to provide the necessary high care that he requires on a seven day week basis. They assist my son with living in his own home, ensuring that he can have a close family involvement. Quality Lifestyle Support also assist him in pursuing his own interests and assist him to be involved in community outings and events that he chooses. Quality Lifestyle Support have endeavoured to match support workers who are compatible with my son and he is now supported by people who understand his care requirements and who are suitably trained for his care. Quality Lifestyle Support are flexible in accommodating my son’s ever-changing needs. They are compassionate in their approach, and he is treated with respect and patience. I highly recommend their services.

The founders of Quality Lifestyle Support had a vision to provide quality care for people with a disability prior to the year 2000. This was innovative at the time. Up until then caring for people with a disability had largely been the realm of not for profit organisations. In fact this is still the case. Our firm, Margaret Franklin & Associates has had the pleasure of assisting with the establishment of Quality Lifestyle Support and aiding its growth over the years. It has been a pleasure to see many people benefit from their care and professionalism in an industry challenged with a lack of funding. The professionalism and heart brought to the care of these people by John Hart (Director) and his team is inspiring and humbling. We are proud to be associated with this group.
