A new chapter for Quality Lifestyle Support
Continuing the work that matters, with people, community and care at the centre

Sometimes, the biggest moments of change don’t come with noise. They come quietly, with reflection, resilience and a focus on what matters most.
For Quality Lifestyle Support, this next chapter is one of those moments. While navigating a recent cancer diagnosis, Director Robyn Cavanagh has remained focused on the future of the organisation she built and the people at the heart of it.
This next step brings with it a refreshed brand. But more importantly, it represents something deeper. “For us, this rebrand represents more than just a new look,” Robyn said. “It represents the future of Quality Lifestyle Support and the people who will continue the work we’ve started.”
Since its beginnings in 1998, Quality Lifestyle Support has grown into a trusted provider of personalised disability support, helping individuals build independence, confidence and connection within their communities.
That foundation hasn’t changed. What is changing is how the organisation prepares for the future.
With a focus on continuity and care, Robyn has begun supporting the next generation of family leadership, ensuring the values and vision behind Quality Lifestyle Support continue well into the future.
At its core, this has always been about people. “The relationships, the community and the support we provide every day, that’s what matters,” Robyn said. “Knowing that this legacy will continue through our family and our team means everything.”
Alongside the refreshed brand, the organisation has also recently moved into its new home on Russell Street in Toowoomba, a space that reflects both its growth and its commitment to creating a welcoming environment for clients, families and the wider community.
This next chapter isn’t about starting over. It’s about continuing with intention. Building on what has already been created, while making sure the people, values and community at the heart of Quality Lifestyle Support remain exactly where they belong.
