A message from our Intake Officer - Emma Reynolds
My role as the intake officer is to work directly with new Quality Lifestyle Support (QLS) participants and their family/guardian to understand their needs and care requirements. My goal is to establish the most beneficial Roster of Care for the participant, while matching them with the most appropriate coordination and support staff within QLS, to ensure the smoothest transition possible.
I have 15 years sector experience, 13 of those being with Quality Lifestyle Support. I am experienced in both support coordination and direct client support services. I have worked extensively in providing service delivery and implementation of positive behaviour support and hold a diploma in Disability and a diploma of Community welfare work.
